About Event
To accompany the 60+10 exhibition, join us for an evening all about the many aspects of drawing, with a panel of artists from the exhibition. Discover more about their work processes behind the scenes and engage directly with them in a Q&A. For this evening event, five of the artists exhibiting in the current exhibition of drawings will be in a ‘curated conversation’ with art historian Sara Riccardi (Art Across). Carolyn Curtis-Magri, Brendan Fletcher, Jo McGonigal, Helen Sergeant and Simon Woolham will present their practice, while Sara will draw connections between their contemporary work, artist’s themes and artwork from the past. Drawing will be presented in its many facets, from practical tool to political form of communication, across past and present.
